The Architecture Division is seeking two full-time, tenure-track faculty members to begin Fall 2016. One position at the rank of assistant professor is specifically focussed on candidates with a specialization in landscape and/or urbanism.
We seek candidates who deepen the divisions expertise in design at the landscape or urban scale, or both, and whose research and teaching address social diversity and equity, ecological transformation, politics and the public sphere, or data-based urbanism.
Candidates should have a record of design research in urbanism or landscape, or both, as well as experience in teaching or practice, or both. The successful candidate will teach core and advanced design studios along with related seminars or lecture courses, and will help to shape the curriculum and the Urban Works Agency.
Review of applications begins November 13 and will continue until position is filled.
